12:30-12:45 Organizations to setup tables and ABATE of Lexington Dean Collins will setup PA system on the first level of the steps.
12:45-1:00 Media availability Speakers should be available for media near the podium just before the start of the Rally.
12:55-1:00 Rocky D from 1250 WTMA News Talk radio will start off the Freedom Rally and will let everyone know that this rally will move along quickly so everyone has a chance to speak but also so everyone that is in attendance will not be kept standing for more than an hour. He will also introduce each speaker as they come up.
1:00-1:05 Invocation by Bikers for Christ Midlands Area Elder Dooley.
1:05-1:10 Dr. Tony Beam will give opening remarks of the ceremony highlighting the group’s solidarity of these two bills and their sharing of the principles of freedom.
1:10-1:18 First organizing speaker Campaign for Liberty Interim State Coordinator Talbert Black.
