We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa. As well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Please note that colors may differ slightly due to individual monitor settings. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. We do our very best to make sure our samples are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact sample.
For college colors we use their official hex color codes provided. However printing may cause those colors to come out lighter or darker. Additionally, some products do not allow for the official hex color code. When that occurs, SC Home Pride reserves the right to select the closet color possible if there is a near match. If there is no near match, SC Home Pride typically removes the item from the storefront.
Yes, but with exception. You must contact us within 4 weeks estimated delivery date stating the reason for the return. For any issues that is an error on our part, we will replace the item at no cost to you. For a size issue, you are charged a 15% restocking fee and will have to cover reshipment costs of the new shirt to you.
We do not allow returns of any sealed items.
Refunds are not issued for buyers remorse.
For defection of damaged products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a refund or exchange. A restocking fee does not apply in this case.

Most shipments are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. UPS Mail Innovations inducts your mail piece into the U.S. Postal Service within 48 hours of processing. The U.S. Postal Service will then deliver the mail piece within three to five days, on average.
UPS Mail Innovations requires 24 to 48 hours after the piece has been shipped before tracking is available.
No, we currently only ship in the United States.
Production lines are operating at near full strength. On average, most items are fulfilled in 7 business days.
