Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are very happy with your item. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at sales@arrowridgesignco.com and we will attempt to resolve your issue.

RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return, inspecting the condition of your item, and determining your reason for return, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be exchanged: 

  • Any worn, washed or used item. The trying item on for size is allowed except for any sealed good.
  • We do not accept any returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a full refund or exchange. 

Please Note   

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.   
  • If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.   
  • We do not issue refunds for wrong sizes, we offer exchanges only.
